Shipping & Returns
Shipping
For any questions please contact us by emailing domaine@greerwine.com .
We will store your wine for free in a wine warehouse for Will Call Pickups, and we will deliver your wine to any Napa Valley wine shipper for a small fee.
Wine shippers employ carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and GSO (where available) and the shippers' prices include packaging your wine and the packaging materials. During the winter and summer months, weather conditions and longer delivery times could result in the spoilage of your wine during shipment. However, wine shippers generally pay close attention to the weather between northern California and shipping destinations, and to protect your wine they may hold it for more ideal weather and shipping conditions. Expedited delivery options may be worth the added expense in order to protect your investment.
Returns
All wine sold is maintained at optimum conditions. We consider wine to be out of our control once it has been handed over to the shipper, and we cannot be responsible for improper storage after it has been delivered. Once your wine order has been delivered to the common carrier for delivery, the wine becomes their responsibility. We are not responsible for wine that is damaged during shipment.
